The next steps...

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord,

plans to prosper you and not to harm you,
plans to give you hope and a future."
Jeremiah 29:11
Dear Friend,
I hope this letter finds you well. I have chosen to reach out and send this to you so that you can be included in this next chapter of my life.
The verse written above was on my cap when I graduated last April from the University of North Florida. As I was unsure of what the future looked like, this scripture became a foundation in my life. I knew that God had my back, and that His plans were the best.
During the months after school, I had a lot of time to consider the next steps of my life. Instead of landing "the big job" I had anticipated throughout my college education, I realized that God had a different plan in mind.
What He laid on my heart in prayer was not the future that I envisioned, but a future with hope, partnering with Him, advancing the Gospel through missions. I mean, who knows me better than the One who created me? He knows what is best.
"How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, "¨who say to Zion, "Your God reigns!"
Isaiah 52:7
This verse sums up the vision He has given me: a life of missions. But for now, my feet will not be on the mountains of another country just yet, but on the mountains of Denver, Colorado!
The Lord has led me to Youth With A Mission (YWAM). The school is designed to equip young people with the tools necessary for ministry and missions, as well as first-hand practical life application skills.
The school spans for five months, starting with a three-month on campus training period. The other two months are called "outreach". This is when the school sends other students and myself to a foreign country to apply what we have learned in ministry to others.
The funds will cover tuition, as well as traveling and living expenses. $3,500 for the instructional first three months of the program. This includes housing, meals, and instruction. Depending on the country to which I am sent, the outreach portion will range from $2,500-$3,600; which also includes housing, meals and instruction.
Since this is a missionary training school combined with an international mission trip, I am looking to humbly ask for and graciously receive any support by means of prayer and/or financially. I am asking you to partner with me first in prayer, and then consider partnering with me financially in the next chapter of my life. I know that the Lord will bless you immensely for whatever support you choose to give.
$3,500 is needed by April 1st, and the remaining support for outreach, $3,600, due a few weeks after.
I would love to talk to you all more about the next steps the Lord has planned for me. You can Facebook message me for more information. I am excited to share with you all what the Lord is doing in my life!

"After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb:"
Revelation 7:9
