100K in a day for Milford Hospice

Hi guys! This year on the 22nd of August i will be challenging myself to run 100 kilometres in a day. I have choosen to raise funds for a charity, “Milford Hospice”. Over the next few month’s as i am training for this challenge I would appreciate if you could like and share this post on your stories and to all your friends and family in an effort to raise vital funds in these difficult times for Milford Hospice.
