Help us make Ali's dreams come true

Hi fb friends ....... Im here to pester you all....... Please read all of this .......
Im asking for help and here is why......
My friends daughter Alison was a happy little 9 yr old girl, until june last year. It started 18 months before when she had difficulty walking,always on her tip toes. After wearing splints for a while she started physio..... A lump was found on the bone of her shin. It was confirmed it was cancer. A very rare form called osteosarcoma...... After gruelling chemotherapy unfortunately alison lost her leg through amputation. She is just the bravest little girl faced every battle with a cheeky smile and we all thought the worst was behind and look forward to the future ........ Sadly last month Alisons mother Amanda was told it has spread to her lungs, devestation isnt the word......... I want to help this little girls dreams come true....... What ever that dream may be i want to help and therefore i need you all
