My name is Jenny Janzer. When I was 11 I was diagnosed with an illness called Pulmonary Hypertension. It's a progressive terminal disease that has plauged me for 15 years. I also suffer from Ulcerative Colitis, Psoriasis and had my Thyroid removed after a severe case of Graves Disease.

On Valentines Day I was coming home from a weekend with my friends when I slid off the road on an icy patch. I rolled my car 3 times. When the car finally stopped rolling, all the windows on the passenger side as well as my windshield were shattered out. The contents of my car lay strewn down the steep hill and I was stuck, by my seat belt, hanging upside down. The strap dug into my chest and I could hardly breathe. I managed to open my door and began frantically screaming for help. My hands were bleeding from cuts from the glass and I thought I was surely going to die. A man and woman were behind me and witnessed the whole thing. She told me what had happened and shook trying to hold my body up to relieve some pressure from the seat belt. I had to wait a half hour until the fire truck and ambulance arrived to stabalize me and cut me out of my vehicle. I passed out temporarily but they stabilized me as well as my vehicle and then cut the belt and finally freed me from my car.

I was rushed to Hartford Emergency where they did a few scans and x-rays. I am the luckiest person alive, I had no broken bones, just a few hematomas and cuts on my hands. I have no idea how I lived that day but I am so grateful.

Unfortunately, however, I lost hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise in the snow, as well as 40 dollars cash, an 80 dollar present and totaled my fairly new 2002 Subaru Forester. I only get small government checks each month and hate doing this, but I need help... Financial help.

On top of this recent accident, my doctor recently gave me 1-2 years to live unless I get a double lung transplant. I need certain foods and supplements to help get me in the best shape for transplant. I need to gain about 10lbs and I need to be able to pay the copayments and pay for the over the counter meds. Most of my appointments are in Milwaukee and I have them weekly so I need a new car as soon as possible. It would mean the world if you could help me in any way. Even five dollars, or a share with your friends. I know how hard it is to be broke and be living check to check.

I have an etsy as well:

themostpulp.etsy.com

and would love to send you zines as re-payment for your generosity! Or if you'd rather just donate here I would be so so so so so eternally greatful. My parents and I are exhausted, and so are our funds. I am facing huge horrific changes and need help. I don't like to ask for help but I have no other options at this point.

Thank you so much for reading. Anything will help. I love you all and wish you all the best in your life endeavors as well. <3
