Legal support to get my kids home

As many of you know my wife Amanda decided she would be "happier" if she divorced me and left the kids and to go live with an old boy friend back in CA. She has since moved back to TX with him. We have been following a visitation schedule, and I have done everything I can to ensure she sees them and has a continued relationship with them. True to her nature she is not willing to abide by the arrangements we agreed upon and she herself wrote any longer. She has decided to abduct our children Kendell and Aiden and take away their phones, not allowing them to talk to me or their friends or really anyone, family member or otherwise. She waited until I was at work and came by the house (as she does, which is good cause they get to see her) to take them for a "ride" she has told me she won't bring them home and continues to ignore me, periodically telling me " talk to my lawyer, bye" when I ask to speak to them. She had been telling me she was broke and had no extra money and couldn't buy the kids beds for her house and things of that nature. I see now she was saving for this lawyer, as I'm finding they are quite expensive. She has made it abundantly clear she has no interest in being fair, cooperative, or communicative about this. I now need legal representation myself to get through this and get Kendell and Aiden back home where they want to be and belong. Most of you know I'm not the type to ask for something like this, and I am for the sake of my children. She has not helped with them financially, emotionally, or physically over the last year. I had to switch jobs to be closer to home to be there for Kendell and Aiden and it has been rough. I am just getting a finacial foot hold back on things and am at a loss for how to pay for a lawyer.
