A Fund For Cody Watson

Cody Watson was an amazing person with such a unique personality. I was one of the many people who had the pleasure of meeting him and growing close to him. In over 10 years of knowing him, very rarely did I see him upset or angry. He was naturally the center of attention with his upbeat outgoing personality, which everyone loved. Cody could put a smile on anyone's face in the toughest of times. You could ask anyone and they would tell you that he was a part of their family. Not only has his famiy lost him, but also many who were unrelated yet considered him to be a son or brother. 
Many members of the community are distraught over this recent and tragic loss. Cody made an enormous impact on the lives he touched. While he is gone, let us not forget him and the effect he had on each and every one of us.
It deeply saddens me to share over the weekend Cody was involved in a swimming accident in which he drowned at John Day. Thankfully, his body has been recovered. Unfortunately, we have lost an incredible young man and are left with many expenses. 
HIs family will need help with covering the costs to transport his body home, as well as to cover the funeral. Any amount will help and is greatly appreciated.
