Emergency help

I have a friend who is going through an emergency due to family custody and everything. Basically she can't pay her cell phone bill, insurance, and the retainer for family therapy. Her ex-husband owes her over $2,100 and he is blocking her from getting her tax returns. She has a lot of bills coming up and her ex just drug her through court costing thousands of dollars. She really needs help and any little bit helps.
