FUND FOR DEVASTATING HOUSE FIRE

Donation protected
I am a close friend of Nelsheika Wallace and her family.  I am raising money to help them recover from a devastating house fire that destroyed all of their belongings, left them homeless, and took the life of their beloved father, Bernie Hayes.

Man Dies After Fire Burns Oxon Hill Home

A man who was found inside a burning Prince George’s County home died late Friday evening from his injuries.

Bernie Hayes, 68, suffered third-degree burns over the majority of his body. He was found by firefighters in the living room of his Leverette Street home in Oxon Hill, Maryland, very close to the fire.

He was taken to the burn unit of Medstar Washington Hospital Center, where he died Friday night.

Investigators said the cause of the fire appears to be accidental. The home was equipped with working smoke alarms.

The funds will be used to help replace their belongings and get them into a new home.  They need help as soon as possible, as they are currently without a place to live.

This  is a family that goes out of their way to help others in need, and now they are in need of help.  Please help this family so that Nelsheika, her four children, and her mother can get into a home again.
