website.
The Problem: Live Event Industry shut down; crew facing returning to work after 1year+ of no relevant work; an industry that has a lack of ‘base level’ mental health support and welfare.
The Road to Recovery: Ancora Group Ltd. have researched the common issues and problems facing the industry and its people. What do we need?
The Recovery System: By working together, by bringing existing resources together, we can become a resource for crew and musicians, for personal and professional support.
The ARK Centre: Providing space that is free for crew and artists to come and go, socialise and share knowledge while having access to a space where they can hone their craft.
The ARK Centre: A safe environment for seasoned freelancers to mentor new crew looking to make their way further in the industry.
A place where true diversity is celebrated because people are encouraged to just be themselves whilst striving to be the best at what they do.
