Relocating to help my Mother

I need help relocating to be near my Mother who was critically injured in March after being hit by a Seattle bus.  She was on life support, suffered brain damage, and nearly every bone in her body was broken.  She was moved out of ICU into accute care. She will never live independently again. 

I had hoped to fly me and my dog from ORD to SEA but are affected by breed restrictions. I'm hoping to get help to offset the cost of a one-way rental car to insure his safety.

I was injured in a hit and run by a Chicago taxi.  I suffered a brain bleed and struggled with Vertigo for months afterward. The driver of the cab was never caught.  I lost both of the jobs I was working, and have struggled ever since. 

I'm a former LGA and ORD based F/A, part of the 9/11 furlough. My AA, and Alaska Airlines family have helped me tremendously in the past as I recovered from that accident.

This will not only help us get across country, but will help me get back on my feet again and in a new place for me and my dog.  Thank you, Lisa and Casper (my dog)
