Ryan's Recovery Fund

Donation protected
Our son, Ryan Warner, 29, has basically had a stroke.  When he was admitted to the hospital, MRI showed a bleeding hameangioma on his brainstem.  A haemangioma is essentially an abnormal growth of blood vessels resembling a nonmalignant "tumor". Ryan's began bleeding into his brain and, as a result, has lost a lot of physical coordination and functionability.

Before this, he was working hard to get his life back on track after suffering the loss of his Army career after an accident in an Airborne training jump.  He just completed his first year at Yavapai College, working hard to earn good grades so he can transfer to ASU to become a linguist and work internationally.  He supported himself through his job at Best Buy and also via his benefits as a disabled Army veteran.

We are seeking funding because the medical costs of his surgery and subsequent rehabilitation therapy are going to be very expensive.  While we are also applying for medical coverage through the VA and state programs, we are seeking funding to support the unforeseen costs of the support he will need as he relearns how to walk, talk, take care of himself, and in general become the intelligent, sharp young man that he is.

This funding will cover whatever insurance and other programs will not.  If there is money leftover after all the medical expenses are paid, we will donate the remainder to support the medical expenses of other veterans through established charities for that purpose.

Thank you for your prayers and for your support.
