Hello everyone! This is Sarah, Laurel's sister, here. My beautiful and kind sister, Laurel was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in mid-February. Laurel is a brand new mom to her beautiful daughter Greta Lou and her entire family was devastated by the news. Laurel has a long road ahead: Four months of chemo, followed by surgery, followed by 4-6 weeks of radiation treatment. Laurel has stopped working in order to focus on her recovery, and time with baby Greta. Laurel's incredible husband, Jared, will remain working full-time, but will be there to support her every step of the way. Laurel has been so touched by the outpouring of love and support from the people in her life. In an effort to give family and friends an easy way to help out while staying safe during Covid, I created a go fund me to help cover the cost of a meal delivery service Laurel has subscribed to, which prepares food specifically for people undergoing cancer treatment.
