My Next Life-Adventure

Thank you for taking the time to consider my cause.

This is a very exciting time for me and my family. I am beginning my next life-adventure -- about which I am extremely excited.

After undergoing elective open heart surgery in September 2011, dying twice, and surviving... I knew my life's purpose had not yet been achieved. As a seasoned (yes, seasoned - nearly 25 yrs), health/wellness/fitness professional and after being healthy enough to survive my procedure, I believe it is my duty to continue to provide education, motivation and inspiration to others to practice healthy behaviors. Your life depends on it!

My next life-adventure involves writing and publishing my story... by February 2014! A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the ARVD Foundation at Johns Hopkins to further the research being done on my brother's progressive, non-curable cardiac disease. I owe my life to my brother. If it weren't for his diagnosis - I wouldn't be alive today!
