<font color="#333333">Hi everyone. My name is Samantha Mason. I am creating this go fund me to help with my baby girl paydenn. Paydenn was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma in July of 2020. Paydenn is a 5 year old who had her childhood ripped away from her by a nasty disease. Paydenn has had a major surgery to remove her tumor &amp; she also had to get her kidney removed and her spleen bc the tumor was eating away at the organs. Paydenn will have to live life with one kidney, and due to her losing her spleen she will have to take antibiotics for the rest of her life. She has went under 6 rounds of routine chemo &amp; just got done with a bone marrow transplant. She is moving onto radiation next and then she will have 6 rounds of immunotherapy so treatment will last until late this year. Paydenn has had some hearing loss as well due to the chemotherapy, so she now has hearing aids as well. I haven’t been able to work due to being in and out the hospital with Paydenn and having to be her 100% caregiver. Having a child with cancer is more than just doctor visits and hospital stays. When it’s time too come home, I’m having to give Paydenn dozens of different med, hooking her up to fluids through a line in her chest that goes straight to her heart and giving her feeds through a g tube in her belly. Being a mom, I have witnessed Paydenn go through so much since July. Paydenn can’t be a kid. She is stuck in the house for months because she is so immuno compromised &amp; she can’t even enjoy her summer because she can’t swim due to all of the lines inside of her body. I hate seeing my baby cry daily because she sees all of the other kids being kids and she can’t do half of the things she used too anymore. I ask for prayers and any kind donations to help our family with finances and giving Paydenn a fun happy life. Neuroblastoma stage 4 is an aggressive disease with a very poor prognosis. Relapses happens over 60% of the time. I pray daily that she fights through this, but again her life will never be the same because of this illness.
