Help Niaila get 2 surgeries in 2015

Due to the negligence of her birthing doctor, Niaila was born in December of 2010 with a brachial plexus injury called "Erbs Palsey". An injury which limits the full use of her left arm.
Niaila has spent the last 4 years learning about what she cannot do because of this injury. But NOW is her opportunity to learn what she CAN do.
-After years of X-Rays, Tests, Doctors visits, Physical Therapy, & Occupational therapy, we have finally found a specialist in Texas who provides Niaila with the best odds in fixing her injury, permanantly.
-Dr. Nath is a specialist who created the "Nath method", which includes a series of surgeries for this type of injury. Due to the severity of Niaila's injury, she will need to undergo 2 or the 3 recommended surgeries.
Insurance has declared Dr. Nath an "out-of-network" doctor, not allowing us to benefit from the in-network costs. Because of this, the costs involved with getting Niaila the surgery she needs has gone far beyond what we would've ever expected. Between Co-pays, Deductibles, Time off of Work, Post-surgery care and Travel Costs to Texas (twice), we've realized that we really need the support of those around us.
After all that she has been through these past 4 years, Niaila finally has a shot at making this a story of her past. We want to make this dream come true for her and we need the help of all of you to do so.
