Hi I am Walter (Dave) Cook and I have been battling throat cancer for 3 years now. I just underwent my second major surgery. I cannot have anymore chemo or radiation treatments. I have been given a 20% survival rate. I have no life insurance and thousands of dollars worth of medical debt. I just need a little assistance to help relieve the burden from my family. God Bless..
