Hi my name is Airen Ross. On June 14, 2016 my fiance David Cooper was in a horrific accident at work. Cooper is a lineman for Decisive Communications. Cooper is the most dedicated, hard working man I know. Always happy, always smiling, and always willing to help others.
He was doing his job as he does everyday when tragedy struck. He was electrocuted by 7,200 volts twice. He was flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore, and then flown to Johns Hopkins Burn Center to treat his extensive injuries.
On Wednesday the decision was made to remove his right arm. His treatment will include more surgeries, treatment to his 3rd degree burns, a lengthy hospital stay, and extensive rehabilition for an undetermined amount of time.
Cooper and I just bought our first home last month. Our wedding was scheduled July 9th of this year which is now postponed. Any help or donations from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for the love and support. We all know how much Cooper helps everyone out, and now he needs help.
