Black Queer Joy Podcast

Hey Folks,

Hella excited to share that I’m starting a podcast!!

I’m out here in these streets trying to create a podcast centering Black Queer Joy. 

The podcast is a place to escape from the world’s f***ery, so we can heal, connect and laugh together. Join me Sharifa Whitney James as I speak to fellow Black Queer folks from the community about their journey to manifesting Queer Black joy in their everyday lives.

Times have been tough for Black folks everywhere! It’s time to talk about our Joy and how we survive and thrive on this dusty island!

Having a platform to hold and share our Joy is vital right now, but I need your help!

All money donated will be put towards the following:

- Podcast Equipment, support

- Paying artist for a jingle

- Paying artist for logo and artwork

Extra money made will support projects that work with Queer Black people – especially young people and elders.

Every little helps so anything folks can do to donate, share would be much appreciated!
