Donna Rae's Recovery Fund

Donna Rae, our beloved, vibrant, and inspiring friend recently suffered a stroke leaving her unable to work.

While she is making amazing progress, she currently requires around the clock assistance as her brain relearns how to do many normal daily tasks.  

While her body is healthy and her humor is intact, she still has a long road ahead of her before she can have her independence back.  The doctors say that the first 6 months are critical and we want Donna Rae to have access to the best therapy and support to help her make a full recovery.  

Donna Rae is an award winning playwright, lyricist, director, choreographer, and professional stand-up comedian.  She's an integral part of Seattle's performing arts community, the Pike Place Market, and Amazing Grace Spiritual Center. 

All donations will be used to cover Donna Rae's medical, therapy, and living expenses.  We do not want to see Donna Rae's loss of income due to her stroke to prevent her from taking the time she needs to heal or for her to be plunged into debt by medical needs.
