Mother Arrested While Protesting For Her Son!

Donation protected
Jenelle Livinglife Ambroise was violently arrested while protesting for her son Christopher who was run over by Randolph MA police resulting in severe injuries! Christopher was in the ICU for 17 days with a broken pelvis, broken hips and several internal injuries. He was then transferred to a rehab for therapy and is now home recovering and back on his feet. Jenelle had been protesting daily in front of the Randolph MA police station demanding answers and that they release the police report. On the 62nd day they violently threw her on the ground and several officers jumped on top of her, arresting her for accidentally hitting the siren mode on her bullhorn while protesting and claimed they had received a complaint from Citizens Bank across the street days earlier on Thursday that she was disturbing the peace, this call supposedly came in after bank hours. Jenelle was arrested days later on Saturday also while the bank was closed, apparently had been waiting for any excuse to arrest her as they were very agitated over her daily protesting and calling out racist officers. At her court date on 1/28/21 she was expecting the DA to throw out this case as she did nothing wrong! Instead they threatened her with a “deal”, she instead of doing jail time would receive a year probation for the claims she that she had resisted arrest, disorderly conduct and had been disturbing the peace. She would have to agree to give up her first amendment right to protest, agree not use a bullhorn and extinguish other’s first amendment rights by not having anyone else protest on her son’s behalf. She did nothing wrong! Her son still has no justice, the officer who ran him over is still on duty. The entire incident is recorded on 2 audio clips which can be listened to in the article “arguing while black”, link below. If anyone can help please donate, share and message Jenelle on Facebook if you have any legal connections or other ways to help. She needs help with legal fees and solid legal representation in a system designed against her! Her next court date is 3/11/21. Thank you! https://level.medium.com/arguing-while-black-86049ac5fd44
