Brooke Perry Sepulveda Handicap Van

I am Rod Cook and am sponsoring this page for Brooke Perry Sepulveda of Brigham City. I have been her home teacher for many years. She has Muscular Dystrophy, a debilitating desease. She is a single mother of three children and is on disability, her only income. She strives to remain independent by doing all she can herself. (A couple of weeks ago her washer broke and she got online, diagnosted it, and fixed it.)  She tried to win a van in a contest and came up short. She has checked with governmental and other agencies all to no avail. She does not want to be a burden on others and felt uncomfortable with me doing this for her.
If you know of a program that may help with this I would love to hear from you.
She is gradually loosing use of her legs. Last week her van died and the estimated repair bill is over $3000.
The van she has will not accommodate her power wheel chair. I believe we could find a better van that would accommodate her chair and help her stay independent. With a little help from a lot of people and some generous donors I believe we could help her find a used van that would accommodate her needs.  Please contribute.
