I would like to tell you about a wonderful family in our Beaumont Community-  the Murillo family.    A lot of you would best know the family from soccer!   Dad, Vincente has coached kids teams for many years.   He has a beautiful wife,  Rosio and four beautiful children-  Vincente Jr. is 23-  Andreas is 17, Stephanie is 11 and little Destiny is now 5 and started school!    We Rosio first became pregnant with their last born- Destiny, the doctors found that Rosio had breast cancer.   They recommended she not carry the baby to term because she was getting sick from the cancer.   The family talked and Rosio carried and gave birth to her beautiful baby girl... Destiny.   I met the family about that time as my son was on Coach Vincente's soccer team.    Rosio was always there at practice and the games.   She shared with me the story of her "miracle baby",  Destiny.   She felt so blessed that Destiny was born healthy and Rosio was treated for her cancer.   Rosio went in to remission and felt so blessed- as does everyone who knows the family.   They are wonderful.    A few years ago,  Rosio began to become sick again.   The cancer had returned.     All who know the family were sure that Rosio would fight the cancer.    She has continued to do her best.    Their lives have been different... and Rosio has gotten sicker.     She is doing her best but is very sick.   Vicente,  his kids and Vicente Jrs. girlfriend- Alana helps out when she can.   The Murillo's have wonderful family and friends.     All of the extended family  and friends are praying for Rosio to continue to have strength to battle this disease.    At this time, her treatments are not working for her.   I haven't seen Rosio over the past couple years.    We have stayed in touch via facebook.    Our sons are now back on the same soccer team, which loyal Vicente is once again coaching.    Vicente works hard for his family.    Their miracle baby, Destiny started school now and soccer, too!    Mom, Rosio was not at soccer practice when my son, Austin went back on the AYSO team.   I was there and noticed Rosio wasn't there, right away.     She is one of those people who when you know her- she becomes a person in your heart.   I have since visited her.   She has concerns for the future but is still willing to keep fighting.   Her medical expenses have added up and the best things I know to do are pray for this beautiful friend and her family to stay brave.   May God bless them all,   we all know  God is capable of answering so many prayers.   The other thing I know that can help the family-  is financially.   Please- if it's on your heart and you can give... any amount is great.   I know they wouldn't ask.     That is why God puts people in our lives, so we can carry each other in any way we can.     Please share this everyone!   Let's show this beautiful family that have given to so many in our community their time and are so loved our support!
