Help My Aunt Live Her Best Last Moments

Hello Everyone! My Aunt Samantha was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer in early 2018. She had years of chemo therapy and recovering to overcome her illness, and for a point, it was gone. However; just earlier this week, she was re-diagnosed with another cancer that has now effected her lungs and respiratory system, and with this issue, she only has a limited time of life left. As we spoke on the phone, she told me about all the things she's wanted to do that she wasn't able too.
