cat needs help... struggling to pay vet bills

This poor boy Joe was found with a huge gash on his neck. All the skin peeled off.
He is on the road to recovery but I'm struggling with his vet bills. Any help would be much appreciated
Joe is FIV positive so I'm also flying him to the UK. as FIV cats don't do well in the UAE. normally cats are trapped neutered returned.. however Joe can't be as he would infect other cats
Please help i can't save this boy alone..
