Camp Conquest for special needs

Camp Conquest is a Christ-centered, weeklong, overnight camp that encourages individuals with special needs and disabilities to try things they never imagined possible. As they conquer activities like a 3 story rope swing, climbing a 3 story rock climbing wall, going down a 90' lake slide, or riding a horse for the first time, campers build confidence that will shape how they view the rest of their lives. It becomes more than a week of camp - it becomes a life changing experience!

We are adding some new and exciting activities at camp this summer. We need to raise money to purchase the following items:

6 - full body harnesses for the zip line
1 - Nine Square in the Air game
1 - 50' water slide for the paint party
1 - professional video camera
Star Wars decorations for theme party
Arts & Craft supplies
Medical supplies for the medical station
Sensory room supplies

Camp begins May 30th. We hope to purchase the items by May 15th, 2016.

So many parents tell us that they see a positive change in their child after camp with increased independence, self-esteem, and social interactions. Our ministry not only changes the lives of the campers but also changes the lives of all who come in contact with those at camp: from volunteers, parents, staff, visitors and donors.
