Loryn medical bills

Donation protected
We found out in April that our 2 year old Loryn has a chromosome abnormality called Williams syndrome. This can affect many systems of the body and will be a life long battle for her. The main problem and the most dangerous is it affects her heart. She has mild supra valvular aortic stenosis. This puts her at risk for sudden cardiac arrest especially under sedation. We are in the process of ordering an automatic external defibrillator (aed) just in case this happens. She has a total of 5 specialists at children's St Paul. This affects her development too. She is not walking alone yet. She says only a few words. She goes to physical and occupational therapy weekly in Coon Rapids. We've met with the school district and the county. She's going to be starting the 0-3 program at Princeton school. Our income is just over the cut off to get straight ma for her so we have to wait for a medical review board to disable her to be eligible for ma tefra. This is based on the child's income and we will pay a parental fee. Then her medical bills will be covered. The disability process takes 4-6 months. Meanwhile the medical bills are rolling in. I'm hoping this will get us by until ma picks up the medical side of things. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! ! Loryn is a precious blessing and we are so proud of how far she's come already! God bless! ! Julie, Jim, Robert and Loryn Flom
