David E. Ramey Funeral Fund

David E. Ramey suddenly passed away June 9, 2016 of a massive heart attack at his job, J.C.Penny.  David was born May 14, 1948 in Front Royal, VA and attended John S. Mosby Academy.  He was a Veteran and Purple Heart recipient for his four years of service in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was Honorably Discharged in 1971.  He married Peggy in 1974 and they adopted two children, Jimmy in 1983 and Mariluz in 1990.  He lived in Springfield, VA and worked for the U.S. Postal Service and retired from the World Bank.  David was an avid reader, enjoyed car racing, was passionate for his Caps, and cherished his kitties.  Peggy is currently struggling with the expenses of the funeral, as the cost will be around $8,000-$10,000 and with Mariluz's brain surgery, there are little to no reserves left.  If you could help David's family with his final expenses, it will be much appreciated.
