Help Joshua with medical bills. (Hit by a car)

Hello everyone, I’m starting this Go Fund Me for my friend, Joshua. He has been through a lot and is still going through a lot. This morning my friend was hit and thrown by a car while walking. He was recently in a car accident, before this, which resulted in him having to pull his retirement early to get a new car since his precious car was given up on by the other party’s insurance. He just got his car and had to park it in his parking spot, at his complex, without his parking pass (because it was in the other car). A tow truck decided that they wanted to tow his car, of all cars in the area with no parking pass. He noticed this just before it was time to head to work. He decided that he would have to walk to get his car before he was extremely late for work. While he was walking, a car came from behind and hit him and he was then thrown a 30 feet and his shoes were knocked off. He is currently in the emergency room and, from personal experience, hospitals don’t really tend well to people with no medical insurance. He has until Friday to get his car back and he has no one to help him with his medical bills. I’m not sure if this story will actually reach out to anyone or if it will work. I know that a lot of people have done this and only few succeed. I’m just asking for anyone to help.
