Help Lilly the Boxer with her lung tumor

Hi everyone, please help me help Lilly!!! My beautiful boxer was diagnosed with a lung tumor last month. She has seen multiple specialists and has been undergoing x-rays, ultrasounds, cat scans, and bloodwork. She has been put on multiple different kinds of medication and supplements. She has surgery and treatment coming up!!!! PLEASE anything will help including prayers. Help me get Lilly better so she can continue her life with me and her little brother.
