Help Charley get surgery

Hi everyone thank you, For taking the time to read our story. My daughter fell and broke 5 of her teeth. She need to have surgery to have the remainder taken out. We have insurance  but because of her breathing problems it requires a specialist. And Ofcource its not covered!!! Iam a single mom so its already tight. So PLEASE SHARE DONATE! Thank you so much!!
