Worst CCL tear ever said Vet

On March 3, 2020 I adopted my new dog, a 3 yr old Pitbull named Tanq. Instantly, we became best of friends. Now if I told you it was all cupcakes and rainbows  I would be lying. Tanq arrived with his own personal issues here are a few examples: wind pushing a plastic bag would cause him to freeze with fear.....  Any and all noises. He was beaten do badly by his former owners that they broke all 4 of his legs.I promised Tank that I would always tell him what a good boy he is and he's the best boy in town. Our Camelot moment  was riding high for our new family. On a hot July day I noticed Tanq was limping. I had to call the travelingThe fact that humanity has to clarify that any lives matter, should be concern enough.
