Help our beloved Cassie recover

Hello everyone,  I am here today telling you guys who and why I'm fund raising for. Cassie is a very loved and appreciated horse in the memory lane program. She hurt her leg while running around and has two bow tendons in her leg. We just want to try our best and help her recover to her normal self. Tendons never completely heal back to normal with scar tissue which is inelastic because mature animals can no longer create tendon fibers. The scar tissue cells may adapt somewhat over time and become a little more stretchy, but they'll never be as good as the original tendon cells. Older horses like Cassie herself tend to heal at a slower pace. Tendon injuries can sometimes take nine to twelve months to heal, with a recommended rest period of at least three months six to ten months to heal, depending on the source. So we will be trying our very best to get Cassie back to her somewhat Normal self.
