My name is baby fatmata Bangura I am born with cleft palate. Am 1year 5 month now I live in sierra leone with my mom and Dad but they can not afford to pay for the surgery.
Am fundraising because I want baby fatamata to get the medical help she need it not easy for her family right now and they will need to fly her to another country for the surgery.
The funds with be use for baby fatmata to get the surgery she need, but before that she will need to travel to another country to do it. And it cost lot of money. Please help us achieve the goal.
