Help with Sarah Powell's medical expenses

As most of you know, my wife Sarah has been battling cancer for 14 years. She has fought a long hard battle, but the last 3 months the cancer has spread throughout her body. She is currently in the hospital, and we know it's just a matter of time before she passes, but we want to get her home first so she can be surrounded by her family, including our 5 and 6 year old grandkids that we are raising.
Expenses are adding up very quickly and its getting very hard - especially with 2 small children. And those of you that know Sarah know she would give you the skin off her back if you needed it. She always puts others before herself. Now she is in need. So , if anyone can help us out. we would be most grateful from the bottom of our hearts. Money will be put towards her medical expenses and when the time comes, funeral arrangements. At this time we just want to get her home and comfortable where she can be surrounded by family and not alone in the hospital. Thank you so much.
