I recently met up with a number of awesome people: Callie, Geoffrey, Bruce, Brad, Elysia, Keidi, Hannah, Andrew, Chad, Elias, Jeremy, Austin, Cynthia, Desmond, Jared, Adrian, Greg, Lora, Jason, Rickert, Kane, Jp, Liliya, Michael, and Brenda.
Over the past few weeks in conversation we have outlined a plan that lit our hearts on fire... a foundation committed to creating heart and mind expanding experiences for young adults. We're moving forward with this plan, whether or not the online world participates, but wanted to see if anyone else wanted to add some economic energy to our budding bon fire of exciting value creation.

We're moving forward with this plan, whether or not the online world participates, but wanted to see if anyone else wanted to add some economic energy to our budding bon fire of exciting value creation.
We have two target areas: Minneapolis/St.Paul, MN, USA and Toronto, ON, Canada. This is based on the geographic distribution of our two current teams of volunteers.
We already have the basic curriculum and follow up activities created and tested with spectacular responses. Our next steps are:
- create the non-profit foundation organization structure
- formalize our volunteer training system

- formalize our volunteer training system
- produce the marketing pieces that will allow us to effectively reach educators as well as young adults
- deliver the trainings and follow up team-building/community-building activities that are the core of what we do
- train up more volunteers, and replicate this system to other cities
