Help Josh and Miranda with Car Accident Expenses

Hello, all. So my boyfriend Josh and I were in a major car accident (we got T-Boned on his side) on December 14th, 2020. We both have medical bills from the ambulance rides/tests/etc. and he has had several surgeries. Josh is currently (December 28th, 2020) still in the hospital, and is going to have bills for rehabilitation facility care on top of these other costs when he gets released. Our teeth were also both messed up in the accident. I know I am missing half of one of my teeth, and Josh was telling me today that he messed up his pretty bad as well. We also need a car, as ours was totalled in the accident and I am currently relying on others for rides. I am going back to work, full-time, on January 2nd, 2021, but I can't make all of this happen alone. Thank everyone in advance.
