Help Trent Though His Time of Need

My brother’s health isn’t too great these days and haven’t been able to work a 9-5 job or even part time because of it; not to mention 4-5 doctor appts a week. So in order to make a living, he gave private lessons (piano & singing). He went to school, took private lessons, the whole nine yards for singing and piano. Recently (September 22nd), due to lupus, he is no longer able to sing, and now has permanently paralyzed vocal cord and Larynx. He had a procedure in November to help with breathing, swallowing and talking, which helped severely, but due to that and lupus, his voice is some what of a high pitch and will not be able to project. Next will be a bigger surgery on January 6th where they make an incision in his neck and do some moving around of certain things, then implant a Device to hold things into place. That’s going to have him down for a little while in January / February before he can start trying to talk normally and about a year before his voice box is fully healed with therapy. Covid already decreased his students for piano lessons and now left trying to figure out how to survive with little to no income for monthly necessities of bills, equipment rental, copays, and his 2 German Shepherds, Thor and Lilo. If anyone is able to help, it would mean the world to me, Trent, and ours family.
