My sister in law needs surgery

My beautiful sister in law was hit by a drunk driver on Saturday night. She has multiple fractures in her face and skull and she will lose her sight without the surgery. They won't operate on her until they pay the medical fees. (This is how the medical system works in Nigeria)
We urgently need to raise the funds to pay the hospital fees upfront so they can proceed with the surgery.
