Doug’s Christmas Celebration

I met Doug on Saturday, December 12, 2020. I pulled up in my car to the stop light. Doug was standing on the curb holding a sign asking for a bus ticket to Alabama. We talked for a minute and he said he wanted to get home for Christmas. I offered him a bus ticket to get home. He accepted and he got on a bus to return home to Mobile, Alabama. Doug is now looking for a job. In the meantime, we are trying to raise funds for him to get a car and a phone so he can get back on his feet again. Like most of us, 2020 has been a tough year.
