Single Mom and a Dead Beat Dad
Donation protected
My Friend is a single mother struggling to
make ends meet.
She was working full time making it work.
Then Covid hit and she was forced to bring her
daughter to work when her child’s school closed.
Her employer kept her on right as the extra
unemployment money ended and then let her go. Unemployment wasn’t enough so she has been working for delivery services which pays her poorly, but because she has income she
doesn’t get unemployment.
The child’s father owes her over $20 thousand
in child support and she can’t get anyone in
Social Services to make him pay.
This man has another daughter a few months younger then my friend’s daughter. He is now raising this child full time and this year has
brought her to Disney and was in Vegas this
past month.
Yet, he can’t pay child support for his first
daughter.
I am setting up this fund to help my friend and her daughter.
Being a single mom is hard.
Being a single mother during Covid is even
harder.
Having a father choose one child
over the other, while he lets the one to go without is unacceptable!
The purpose of this Go-Fund is to help my
friend keep a roof over their head and food on the table and maybe a small Christmas for
them.
