Emergency stage 4 cancer fund

My father was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in January 2016. It has been a never ending battle of chemo treatments, in and out of hospital stays and multiple surgerys over that past 6 months. Our family has had made tremendous Sacrifices including having to move out of your family home and start renting. I would love to give my mom sense of financial freedom should she have to not worry about taking off work due to taking care of my father. It is such a burden seeing my mother have to make the choice to go to work and leave my dad sick at home knowing she has to support our family financially and emotionally.
