Eye therapy in Germany

Hello, my name is Michael Tubiak and I suffer from a genetic eye disease Retinitis Pigmentosa. The disease takes your night vision then your peripheral vision. I was diagnosed at the age of 14. Most of my life my night vision was bad but my daytime vision was ok. In my 30's I noticed I started missing small details during the day. Handshakes, low tree branches, chairs, etc etc. I especially noticed when my son was born. It didn't see as well ask thought anymore. Picture seeing a floor full of cheerios and cleaning them up and looking to make sure you got them all. Thinking you got them all you walk away then look back and still 6 or so remain. That's my life. Having to continually double check myself over and over. Never trusting what I see. Well now fast forward to the end of 2015. A fellow RP friend told me about a treatment they were doing in Germany using small electric pulses. I reached out to them. They asked to see all my medical records and fill out paperwork to see if I qualified for their therapy. After months of doing this I got approved! This treatment can stop the progression of my vision loss and possibly restore some back. This treatment will allow me to see my son grow up. Something that haunts me every day. I have asked for $15000 and this will cover the therapy, hotel, food, airfare, passports , etc etc. My wife will be joining me for support during this trip. I will be blogging the entire trip for all those who want to see. Also will do LIVE video sessions from the hotel to tell you all how the therapy is going. All extra money left over will be donated to the Foundation Fighting Blindness. I will post a link to the facebook page or group I plan to start where I will share my pictures and videos.
