Hello Everyone
My name is Michael Carroll and I would like to introduce you to a good brother whom needs assistance in making a change in his life. His name is Samuel Hughes. He was a raised in Oviedo, FL and was always a competitor, driven, and determined person. He took those skill sets and was a star on the football field. He was pretty much guaranteed to go to a top D-1 team; it was just a matter of which one.
Unfortunately; that all changed during the third game of 2001 Oviedo High School Football Season. In the 2nd quarter of the game; Sammy took a hit and was paralyzed. Since that time he has been focused on recovery via therapy and living the best life he can.
As we all know; no is immune to the trials and tribulations of life and neither was Sammy. Since that time he has also experienced some ups and downs in regards to his spiritual, mental, and financial life but Sammy is a fighter and still remains positive in regards to the future of his life.
Currently; Sammy needs assistance with getting his van repaired. The transmission has gone out and needs to be repaired or replaced. The Estimated Cost is $3500. With Sammy’s van operational; it allows him the flexibility to attend school, search for work, and pursue a career in public speaking.
Sammy has a passion for taking his life to the next level. He has overcome many obstacles in his life and is still an inspiration to others. The doctors told him he was looking at approx 5 years to live. Here we are 17 years later and he is still here.
Please provide any support as desired. He does needs financial support to get his van fixed; but also looking for guidance of training, employment, education, and etc.
