Calling out for help from Cape Town, South-Africa:

On 5 Dec 2012 one of my dear friends Johann Botes (27 years old) was involved in a serious car accident which had a devastating impact on his life.

He suffered multiple head injuries, femur and pelvic fractures;
Doctors say it's a miracle he is alive.

After more than a month in critical ICU and 8 weeks in rehab his medical aid fund is exhausted "“ leaving him with no option but to go home.

Botes is mentally fragile and in need of lots rehabilitation - physio, speech, sight. He is at home and making a steady recovery, but both working parents needs all the support they can get. His head injuries left him with minimal sight making his recovery road very difficult.

I am reaching out to friends and others;

Go Fund Me supporters / Friends / Family, please help me raise money to help Botes get back on his feet; I know he can make a full recovery given the right treatments.
