</div>

<div>I lost my brother Steve in February last year. In his memory, I am undertaking a 28 Day Challenge to support a special organisation that helps to tackle men's mental health.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>I have chosen ‘Men’s Sheds’. A UK charity that provides social spaces for men suffering from loneliness, depression, addiction problems and loss of self esteem. They can meet, chat and undertake hobbies in a safe environment.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>I'm calling it ‘Splash n Dash’ and each day in February, I will either run a village 5k, an official Park Run or swim 1 mile of our local outdoor pool. I’m determined to do something that will challenge me mentally and physically. It will certainly test my old lady knees!
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>I will contribute £500 in stages over the 4 weeks of my challenge and would love to reach the figure of £1750.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>If you’d like to help me reach my target and can contribute to this daft idea for a worthwhile project, I’d be so very grateful.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>I’ll post photos and updates as I go.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>Many, many thanks.
