Help with Jasper’s vet bill

My long time friend, Pam, rescued her beautiful dog Jasper, and on the first vet visit she learned that he had kidney disease. He is now only 3 years old and has spent the last 48 hours in critical care getting fluids because his kidney levels were so high. He is now in stage 3 kidney disease, but is still a happy young dog. Thankfully, he came home last night. However, he is going to have to have daily sub q (under the skin) bags of fluid because his levels won’t go down solely by drinking water. She had planned to purchase a pet insurance program when she got him, but since they found this on the first vet visit, it is now a pre-existing condition and no insurance plan will take Jasper. I know 2020 has been a rough year for many, but if anyone has the ability to help Jasper and Pam that would be great.
