Story:

Have you ever thought, “I just wish I could make that person realise they’re not alone—that people do care”?

I’ve had that thought many times. But this time was different.

Despite my own health challenges, I felt called to help a young person who was losing their way.

They had suffered so much—losing loved ones, friends, falling out of school and their sense of purpose. Life spiralled out of control

They stopped going out. They felt worthless. They didn’t want to exist

This broke my heart

But beneath all that pain, I saw something extraordinary:

a spark ⚡️ of talent and determination, just waiting to shine.

It wasn’t easy.

There were tears, setbacks, and moments when it felt impossible.

But step by step, they began to rebuild their life and chase their dream.

✨ Two years on, that same young person has achieved something incredible—

they’ve been accepted to university!

So I want to achieve my goal to get fit again as my own health is going down hill and what better person to motivate me to do this 30 day fitness challenge

As we all know, university isn’t cheap.
