Update on Donovan Grice 06/06/16
Donovan Edward Grice is a native Californian. He is a graduate of Sacramento Union Academy and a graduate of Monterey Bay Academy. Furthering his education, Donovan attended La Sierra University and onward graduating from UCLA. Donovan is a multimedia account executive for a promenade corporation in San Francisco. He is an affluent speaker and trainer for his corporation travelling abroad representing his company. Donovan is a longstanding Sabbath school teacher and loves to conform his life to the will of God. He enjoys the study of God’s word and often lifts his voice to praise God, as long time member of the AL Dassie Chorale.
Today Donovan is a survivor of a severe brain bleed. Donovan breaths on his own. He moves all extremities and scores high on his cognive tests. Additionally, his vision is good and recognizes his family and friends. He moves all extremities and does well in physical, occupation and speech therapy. The current medical goal is to get his tracheostomy tube discontinued and removing all barriers so he can speak again. Brain injury recovery is a long arduous journey but Donovan is a strong determined man of God and can and will do all things through our Lord Jesus Christ.
