Help my mother get a heart surgery

Hi everyone, my name is Sammy Newton. I am fundraising for my biological mother in Vietnam who is ill (heart problem which is blocking her from breathing, she broke her arm and had screws in her arm that need to be removed, back pain and neck pain). Here is my story and her story. I was born in Vietnam in Da Nang as Van Quang Nguyen in 1995. Abandoned by my father early on. My mother, Hue Thi Nguyen struggled to give me a good life and wish for me to have a better life since she was constantly ill. So she put me for adoption at the orphanage and in 2001, I was very fortunate to be adopted by amazing Canadian parents who raised and loved me until now. And I changed my name to Sammy and took my Canadian father last name (Newton) in 2001. Since my adoption in 2001, I lost contact with my biological family. Until last year, august 2019, my biological family (cousin, aunt, uncle, mother and little sister) found me through Facebook. Fast forward, I never had the opportunity financially to come back to Vietnam since last August and with the Covid-19 around. Borders are closed. In order to have a heart operation, it would cost 13 000$, and 4 000$ extra cost for removing the screws from her arms, and treat her back and neck pain and medication. It would mean the world for me to be able to help her have her surgery and remove her daily pain. I truly hope she can be healthy until the day I can hold my mother in my arms again. Thank you.
