Please help Paola

My beautiful wife and mother of our 10 year old Son Demetrius is in need of a liver transplant ASAP. At the age of 47 Paola and our family have been hit with this awful news. We currently have no insurance and we are looking for help. Times are very difficult right now as we all know. We are usually very private people but our backs are against the wall. If you’ve never met Paola she’s the sweetest, nicest beautiful person you’ll ever meet.
